Welcome again Scribbler Metalheads! Old Man Feind found some excellence from Spain this time. Time to kick the heavy up a notch and dial in some death so get the neck warmed up before you get dropped in The Hole!
Spain isn't exactly a hotbed of metal but one of Feind's Favorites, Horn of the Rhino, call Spain their home and I'm always willing to give something new a shot. I think I may have heard a song from these guys earlier in the year but once again sometimes I'm just too busy to follow up on everything no matter how much I like it. The Hole mix a bunch of metal styles into their sound and what comes out sounds like thrashed up death metal though influences from black metal and doom can certainly be heard in their sound as well. It got my head thrashin up and down so hopefully it does the same for you. Take a look at their new video for Crushin which yes, should crush you into dust. Well at least the vertebrae of your neck! Crank it up!
This particular song reminds me a little of Dying Fetus' Subjected To A Beating and that's not a bad one to be compared to at all, IMHO. Stay up to date with The Hole through their Official Website, Facebook and hear more from the band on their bandcamp page. Their latest album, A Monument To The End Of The World, can be purchased on Amazon or iTunes.
