Welcome Scribbler fans! Well we're finally to the final week of the NFL season! YAY! The Scribblers did terrible in our picks last week resulting in a tie but not necessarily a good one. Check out how it all went down...
Welcome Scribbler Fans (both of you)! The results of the Clive Barker Writing Contest have finally been announced and sadly neither of The Scribblers managed to win it. There's no way to say it nicely because losing sucks.
Cult takes in another show, the 'Toys for Tots' Show taking in some local Tucson talent in the classic Desert Metal Arena known as… The Rock!
Welcome Scribbler Fun lovers! Yes, you don't have to be a football fan, a sports fan or anything else to enjoy this steaming pile of Scribbler fun. Looks like Cult is channeling his inner Jimmy "The Greek" and pulled off his second victory in a row. Old Man Feind isn't about to let him make it three! Tis but a flesh wound!
Welcome Scribbler Movie Lovers! Our partners The Movie & Music Network who are just awesome are about to launch a new network for you that you're just going to love! Now you can buy and share your favorites for under a dollar! Today is Launch Day for the 99 Cent Network!!
Welcome Scribbler Music fans! It's the end of the year so Old Man Feind has been concentrating on the year's best so far but by chance I ran across something new I liked so I had to share it as always. There's a connection to my original hometown so it filled a nostalgic need as well. Buckle up it's time to take a ride on
The Midnight Ghost Train.
Ok one last one for this week Scribbler Metalheads. It seems Profound Lore Records just find some of the best talent out there right now which is pretty amazing since it's essentially a one-man operation. There are a couple in my Best of the Best that is still to come but another one that very nearly made the Top 15 was Chicago's The Atlas Moth.
Welcome Scribbler Metalheads! Seems Old Man Feind has one on his list that hasn't gotten nearly the love it deserves. I think I've only seen this one on maybe one or two year end lists so far and that's a damn shame because not only is it damn good but to me it's Ringworm's best album to date.
Welcome again Scribbler Metalheads! Old Man Feind has another favorite and a best of the year for you! Obviously Cannibal Corpse is a Feind and Scribbler fav and this year they just kept chugging along with another great album!
Welcome Scribbler Metalheads! This time of year there generally aren't a whole lot of new tunes coming out as the year winds down with everyone doing there Best of the year lists but another year will be starting soon and it already looks to be another stellar year for metal. One we can expect early on, though there's no release date yet, will come from those awesome tech-death Tasmanian devils in Psycroptic!
Feind created this page to bring you random Scribbles about new music, TV, writing or whatever happens to be on my minds.
