Welcome Horror & Metal Fans! We were gone for a short while but we're back baby!
Sorry we were gone so long friends but we're back and Scribblin! Of course, we did some Scribblin while we were off but it wasn't all for our little site here. Some big news will be coming very soon so be sure to stay tuned for that but for now here is what we've done since coming back. Feind has been hard at work over the last few days trying to make our home page a little more streamlined and user friendly and some other subtle changes will be attended to over the coming days and weeks. Doing this stuff is time consuming so please bear with us as we attempt to make our site the best it can be. Recently we shared some new originals as well as some movie & album reviews as well so enjoy all that while Feind works behind the scenes trying to make all we do easier for you to find until we can do some upgrades to make it even better. It seems people like the site as is but improvements can always be made. We'd like to say a quick thank you to all of you who kept discovering things while we were off and have come back in droves since our return. We had over 2300 visitors this past week alone! We can't express how happy that makes us. Now usually I tell you who had the Scribble of the Week but it was a tie! Check out that and all you may have missed recently because The Scribblers have been busy!
Recently Cult & Feind took in a local show with all local bands and our recap of it was the most popular recent Scribble since coming back. Since it was a joint effort both Scribblers can boast being a winner!
Our review of this show has done more than just been our most popular Scribble of the last couple of weeks, it has also opened some doors for us to do even more local coverage so depending on how this all goes you may see another section added for local goings on here in Tucson! Things just keep getting better for us all the time so stay tuned!
Feind also spouted off on some haters and had a suggestion for you this Memorial Day Weekend as well.
For even more metal we share search #HumpDayMetalDay on Facebook or Twitter for extra bonus metal we share.
We receive tons of metal into our inbox every week and it seems every week or two we pick up another label or PR firm sending great music our way. So while we were gone the metal really piled up. Right now we have a backlog of about 300 albums, now we can't and won't review each and every one of them but Feind started a new segment to try catching you up on the best we received while we were off. Going forward I'll try to stick to current releases while trying to catch up at the same time so you'll see a mix. Since most of what we share with you are underground and independent bands most of what we receive will be new to you no matter what. You can expect us to bring you nothing but the best of the best of what we're listening to currently. Thank you for hanging with us. Enjoy the metal! - Feind
I think that catches me up for now. If you would like to learn a little more about me (this is Feind) you can check out a guest post I wrote for Nev Murray's site called Confessions of my Past, Present and Future about some of the books that influenced me to be the writer that I am today and a little about where I plan to take my writing in the future. I tried to add a little (bad) humor so you aren't bored to death. Also if you haven't downloaded your free copy of Harvester of Sorrow please do so. Every download gets me one step closer to winning the contest which I would kill to win. Also if you're one of the 145 who already did you can learn a little more about my motivation for it HERE. Thanks for checking out our Scribbles and we'll have plenty of new ones coming up!
Enjoy all we share with you every week? Please take a moment to help us do even more with a small donation below or stop by S Mart for our published works.

Feind created this page to bring you random Scribbles about new music, TV, writing or whatever happens to be on my minds.
