Welcome music lovers! Hump Day Metal Day has been kicked in full gear and Old Man Feind still has much to get to but I wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to a long time Scribbler friend and awesome one-man band, Werewolves In Siberia!
Back in Sept last year Chris Cavoretto the sole beast behind Werewolves In Siberia was kind enough to talk to the Scribblers aside from the Twitterverse where we first met him. As I try to do with all the friends we've made on the journey we've been on with this site I try to stay up to date with all the awesome that WiS does music and otherwise. Aside from adding plenty of awesome schwag (check it out as well as all the awesome music HERE) Chris has been hard at work making music and I'm dying to see his comic collaboration called Slice hopefully soon as well. Werewolves In Siberia will have a new album soon themed around an all time favorite and classic B movie, the awesome Death Race 2000! In the meantime. however. WiS had a song included on an absolutely excellent mixtape based around zombies from website Without Your Head in collaboration with Graveyard Calling Records. The music on this mixtape is all over the musical spectrum and honestly I like all of it even some of the songs normally well outside my taste I found to be very good from techno groove to punk from a recent reviewee Lupen Tooth. Check it out as it's really just a lot of fun and some good exposure for our friend Werewolves In Siberia. Congrats Chris! Here's the song WiS has on the mixtape then listen to the entire mix HERE.
Look for Werewolves In Siberia's new album soon but while you wait catch up on all WiS tunes on bandcamp. Be sure to stay up to date by following WiS on Facebook and Twitter as well as checking the official website frequently!
